Re: [emergency] Groups - EM-TC Face to Face modified

Julia / Elysa,

Attached are some revisions to the meeting notes from the Oct. 19 face to
face.  Other than comments I shared on the call today, I added the action
item we discussed to compose a formal memo from the the OASIS
sub-committee to Jon Skeels & co. addressing his recommendations, and
requesting information and deadline needed by the sub-committee in order
to address these recommendations.  This is an important and time-sensitive
action item to ensure we make every effort to consider those
recommendations, but we do need additional information from them in a
timely manner so that the process is not held up.
