Groups - Draft EDXL Distribution Schema(EdxlDistribution.xsd) uploaded

My first upload of a draft EDXL Distribution schema was pretty poor. This,
sill unfinished, is considerably better.
Thanks,
Gary

The document revision named Draft EDXL Distribution Schema
(EdxlDistribution.xsd) has been submitted by Gary Ham to the OASIS
Emergency Management TC document repository. This document is revision #1
of Edx.xsd.

Document Description:
This this a draft EDX schema developed by the Disaster Management
Interoperability Services (DMIS) development team. It is a start. We
certainly expect change. I have updated the Schema to improve the
depiction of the area block (still unfinished) and to delete extraneous
matter from the original draft. GH
