As representative of the U.S. Department of the Interior,
an OASIS member organization, I certify successful use
of the CAP 1.0 specification. The U.S. Geological Survey,
a bureau of the Department of the Interior, disseminates
reviewed earthquake information. In California, this
information is turned into alert messages in the CAP 1.0
format through the Emergency Digital Information System
(EDIS).
