Agenda: 5/20 Call

1. EM-XML Update: There is an EC meeting on Thursday of this week. I am
pulling together a quick set of slides to present where we are to date.

2. DMI-Services API Discussion: The DMI-Services have graciously
sponsored a discussion of their API
(http://www.oasis-open.orgarchives/emergency/200305/msg00023.html). This
is a wonderful opportunity for members of the TC to look at the work
they are doing, to see how we can apply the standards we are creating in
an application. 

3. Attendance: Now that we are using the OASIS collaboration tool for
attendance, it is much easier for us to not only track who is at the
meetings, but to also see when we have a quorum and to ensure voting
members are attending 2 out of 3 meetings. We have gone back through and
added the attendance for all the historical meetings to help aid in this
process. Attached is an export of the attendance report. Please review
and let us know if there are any discrepancies. NOTE: There is a column
titled "Total Attendance" that shows how many (of the current 12)
meetings you have attended. To the right, there is a column titled
"Attended 2 of Last 3" which tells if you are in compliance with our
meeting requirements. Note that this represents from the time you BECAME
a voting member, and NOT necessarily how many total meetings you have
attended. The attendance dates, while you were a voting member, are then
listed to the right. That is the information you should be sure to look
at.

4. SC Updates: let each of the Chair's update the group on their
progress.
