        A cleaned-up version of SitRep has been uploaded to fix validation errors. The specification itself has not been changed (other than to change the title to refer to this as a Working Draft 23).  Please review as you deem appropriate to ensure these schema and examples validate and to ensure these changes can be handled by your system(s).  Thanks!

        Description

        This is a largely cosmetic clean-up of the SitRep zip package needed to

ensure that all the schemas and examples validate out-of-the-box. Changes

to fix validation errors included: (1) the capitalization of the element

names was modified to comply with EMTC Naming Rules; (2) the "extension"

element was modified to be a ref; (3) the import statements were fixed; (4)

noncompliant examples were removed and two new examples were created, one

using DE 1 and one using DE 2. All needed supporting schema have been

included. Everything should validate.
