EDXL Request Information Message Question, & Misc

Hi Folks,

I'm plugging away on the individual message models and when I got to 
Request Information I noticed that in contradiction to my last model 
from the face to face, all of ResponseInformation is included in the 
Matrix but not tin the individual message schema, so I used the 
schema, which agrees with my last model.

Typo: A.8 Respone to Request For Information Message Schema  should 
be "Response to ..."

Misc Note: We should be consistent with this message, whether we call 
it Request Information or Request For Information. I don't care which.

I may have these done today, maybe tomorrow, certainly by Thursday.
