Thanks David,

This is what I thought, and why I forwarded the message as I did. The
Ontology Summit Monday and Tuesday is having many more far-reaching
consequences this year than previously, so yesterday was awash in
some of those consequences, and I didn't get back to this thread.

So I think we should put it on the TC agenda for next Tuesday's
meeting, if there's time. I suspect that we will probably be advised
to forward this on for further consideration to EIC and DHS/FEMA. I'm
not an expert on the MOU or MOA we have with those organizations, but
it would just be courteous to share it with them and ask for their
collective opinions.
