revision of REA part of metamodel

Attached is a new .mdl file representing the business process meta model
following discussions between Bob Haugen, Bill McCarthy, and Karsten Riemer
on the REA section of the meta model.
Also attached is a .doc file with a short description of the changes.
This is work done under a very tight schedule, and could use some more review.
I am only sending it out as is so that it can be discussed in today's meeting
which I cannot attend due to travel,
I will encorporate any comments into the meta-model for inclusion in Friday's
submission.
