possible model changes from this morning

Here is a list of possible model changes that came out of this mornings BP
meeting:

(I will not make any of these changes until I get some feed back pro/con, and
until we have had a chance to compare the ECO, Rosetta, and EDOC views of some
of the proposed changes - hopefully by next Monday I can send out a revised
model)
