Kavi vote on IPR transition?

I'd like to suggest we put together a Kavi vote to adopt the OASIS IPR
mode 3 - RF with limited terms.

 

If we have a quick discussion here on email - we can agree that that
mode seems the most applicable - then setup a vote and then OASIS will do another vote to re-affirm that.

 

This will at least get us to April - and we can re-group here and figure
out some renewed work agenda then, etc.
