My colleague Mary McRae, who is conducting this
ballot, is out today and will return on Friday morning 3 March (US time)
to report on the election and respond to any matters needing a
reply.

Hi Hamid,

George and Sally requested that they run as a single ticket. The OASIS TC
Process allows only two co-chairs. While you indicated you wanted to run
as co-chair, you didn't nominate anyone, nor did anyone else step
forward, as your running mate. If you are elected, you are certainly free
to ask for a co-chair, hold nominations and conduct a ballot. The current
ballot remains open until 1 March.

  I have heard no objections to the
modification of the Voting membership and have therefore modified the
Kavi roster to show the following voting members:

  Since we have a contested race, the
election will be held via secret ballot. Please submit your vote (voting
