Document Description:
This is a starter draft to give everyone an idea where we are headed with
the TA. We will also be including language from the SOA-RM groups stable
components that are planned to go in the RM architecture, the information
from the FERA group and Dan Pattyn. This needs a lot of work, but is at
least now in progress.
