Excellent document! I've brushed over it, and will read it in more
detail over the next few days. Regarding the reference to Entity
Aggregation (p.43), MSDN just released a nice article on this very
concept [1]. According to my review of the article, Entity Aggregation
appears to be the same (in general concept) as what is generally known
as Enterprise Information Integration (EII).
