Has the ebXML-BP TC acted to designate the ebXML Core TC as its maintenance TC? As our rules allow? I think it may have done so ... but if not, it should consider holding that vote before closing, so as to make the IPR rights of the "core" TVCV to conduct future maintenance more certain.

Nevertheless, it does appear that the intent of the TC was to close and TC Administration is empowered to close a TC "that fails to conduct at least one Quorate Meeting or conduct any Work Product Ballots during any six month period." Therefore, unless I hear any objections raised, I will carry out the actions needed to close the TC next Thursday, 06 February 2014. Please let me know before then if you have any concerns about taking this action.
As is standard OASIS policy, the assets of the TC will remain publicly avaiable though no longer active. The TC's will remain open so that former members can receive any outside feedback or questions in the future.
