I will post the one that uses substitution groups and does not use mixed
content. The remarks I have had so far do not favor using mixed content
in a data format, even if that is a sanctioned way to allow
substitutions of elements, some with complexTypes and some with
simpleTypes. (We can discuss that issue without having the schema that
illustrates how that would work.)
