  EF suggests to agree in the structure of the documents test cases
before going beyond with negative test cases.

AP on all: to identify whether there are missing pieces in the current
Excell sheets structures for defining the test cases.
  Co-chairs will discuss a work-plan proposal for the next term
including progress of specifications in the standard track and interop
tests activities
