What happened to @moreinfo?

Hi,

just wondering about the moreinfo attribute. It was available in
DocBook 4.x, but not in DocBook 5.x anymore.

Looking at the TDG5 I can't find any information about it. Neither on
the OASIS site.

Would be nice if someone could clarify this. :)
