DocBook.org Site Broken?

Hi,

don't know if anybody is working on that, but... the following URL gives me a 
403 (Forbidden) error: 

  http://docbook.org/xml/5.1b7/

Also other links. The whole site seems to be broken. Have anybody the same 
issues?
