You might consider using something like this for keywords:

<biblioset role="keywords">
  <bibliocoverage>one key word</bibliocoverage>
  <bibliocoverage>another key word</bibliocoverage>
</biblioset>

That might be a misuse of bibliocoverage, so perhaps bibliomisc would be
better for each key word. Being contained in a biblioset with a role
provides a context to assign semantics and allow the stylesheet to handle
them.

For classification numbers, perhaps biblioid with a role would be
appropriate.
