dtd, XMLSchema or RELAX NG

Hi,

I start to implement a small knowledge base system based
on xml and docbook. I have to decide on which definition type
dtd, XMLSchema or RELAX NG my docbook documents based.
What is the best choose for a samll text based system with small  
requirements
also on the xslt aspect for the next years.
