DocBook V4.4CR4 released

I published 4.4CR4 just a few minutes ago[1]. It fixes the bug that
Diane Larin reported, namely bogus redeclaration of the rowheader
attribute on informaltable. It has no other changes.

It would be nice to publish this as 4.4 officially in January, so
please try it out.
