use of xml-dtd-4.4CR3

Hello,

I just installed xml-dtd-4.4CR3 and gave it a try.
I got the following warning message that I don't get with xml-dtd-4.4CR2:

Entity: line 1: validity warning: Attribute rowheader of element informaltable:
already defined
 %common.table.attribs;
                      ^
