	Of course, I used your test file with my system's docbook DTD (so, much
precisely, it wasn't exactly the same) and the error occured by this way. I
think the problem hasn't anything to do with the doctype declaration.
Unfortunately it's not so simple.
	I really can't understand.

                        ^^^

You're going to have to change this to point to the DTD on your system,
or use http://www.oasis-open.org/xml/4.1/docbookx.dtd
