DocBook TC meeting for 15 August: at risk

Hi folks,

I've got to deal with some legal paperwork tomorrow, fedexing and
notarizing and such. I don't *know* that it'll interfere with the
DocBook TC meeting, but it might.

I'll be there if I can.
