Need to update Docbook main page

Hello DocBook TC,

The "Technical Work Produced by the Committee" section on the DocBook
main page
(http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=docbook)
needs updating--Docbook v4.5 is already an OASIS Standard, yet it is
just listed (and downloadable) as a working draft version.

Also, the FAQ menu item on the right-side menu and in the "Overview"
section should probably be removed, as the FAQ page is empty, and quite
possibly has been for quite a few years now.
