DOCBOOK-APPS: A question about line spacing

Hello

I have to write a document using 11pt, double spacing paragraphs.

I am using dsssl. I changed the bf-size in dbparam to be 11pt (normal)
and changed line-spacing-factor to 2.0. Is this enough for what I need?
