Can you just force a line break in the edited
text?
All the CSPRDs are formatted that way. You could check with
Ken Holman - I know that he has it working for Docbook.
If you can't without a lot of effort then I'll let it go
but it is the consistent formatting used across all OASIS work
products.

Chet, adding a line
break involves style sheet work that we had not planned
for.
Is it really necessary?
Are there other work stages where we will need a
similar two line title?

Yes to all save noting that there is a
soft return after the "/" so that Public Review Draft
01 is on a second line.

OK, so you
need two packages: csd01 and csprd01
Identical content, different titles and metadata
and links
The TC needs to approve both.
The title on the cover page for csprd01 shoult
literally be "Committee Specification Draft 01 /
Public Review Draft 01 ".

Hi Kris,
The stage should be done as:
Committee Specification Draft 01 /
Public Review Draft 01
The Previous version link should be
left as N/A. For Previous version links,
we use the most recent version with
differences - e.g. CSPRD01 when this is
CSPRD02. But since the content of CSD01
and CSPRD01 are identical, they both use
N/A for Previous version.

For the title on the cover pages and
the citation format, which of the
following should it be?
Committee Specification Public

Public Review Draft 01
On the cover pages, what should be
listed in the "Previous version"
section?
Not applicable
Links for csd01, for example, http://docs.oasis-open.org/dita/dita/v1.3/csd01/dita-v1.3-csd01-part0-overview.html
As always, thanks for your help and

Just a few things -
very close...
A number of the links (e.g.
This version) are italicized.
Make them plain.
Latest version links are http://docs.oasis-open.org/dita/dita/v1.3/dita-v1.3-csd01-part0-overview.xxx.
The csd01 needs to be removed
so that the links are http://docs.oasis-open.org/dita/dita/v1.3/dita-v1.3-part0-overview.xxx.
That also has to change in the
citation block.
The TC link needs to be to
https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/dita/
The '2005' should be
removed from the copyright
statement in the footnote
In PDF, the footer should
appear on the first page
In Part 1, the footer still
has WD- at the start of the
filename
