Reminder - DITA 1.3: Targeted review: Key-based addressing

Hi everybody,

We've had no comments yet on the targeted review of keys. Many consider to be the most critical portion of the specification, so we really need as many of you as possible to look it over and make sure the content is both correct and understandable. Kris and I have put a lot of work into fixing the content, but at this point we need all of you to tell us whether we were successful.

As a reminder, the review goes through our meeting next Tuesday.
