Closing DITA 1.3 Review #2

Hi,

It's time to close the comment period for DITA 1.3 review #2. Kris and I have now begun going through the comments, adding dispositions, and implementing the suggested changes.

We'll be continuing this process over the next several days, and will give an update on progress next Tuesday.

Thanks to all who helped out by reviewing and adding comments! It appears I owe several of you a drink...
