"Fun" with constraints

I have just about as much fun as I can tolerate reworking some of
    the constraints topics. I:

    
      
Split the examples topic into five separate topics; tested the
        code, and added more content and explanation.

      
Took a pass at removing some of the more nonsensical content
        around file names and parameter entities for domain constraints.
