        This version incorporates feedback from Robert Anderson's review, correcting some discrepancies between the DTD and the spec sections, adding dita-use-conref-target as an additional option to the yes|no attributes, clarifying the 'Approved technical requirements' section, and allowing the features attribute to use any delimiter character.
