Need reviewers for proposal 13106: New base domain and specializations for question/answer interactions (L & T SC)

Folks, I am looking for two reviewers for this proposal from the Learning & Training subcommittee.
Please step forward and help out; I know that folks badly need this in DITA 1.3.
Thanks in advance ...
