I have one reviewer (David Helfinstine) for this proposal; if somebody else signed up, I've forgotten, and there's nothing about it in the meeting minutes. So could someone volunteer? I've got the proposal ready to go, and it should be
 a relatively quick job; the changes are not particularly substantive.
