Ownership of DITA 1.3 proposals 13038 and 13039

Hello, Bob Beims reported to the Semiconductor SC that the DITA TC was looking for owners for proposals 13038 and 13039 .
I inform you that Marcos Campos from Freescale and I take ownership of these proposals.
Next week we have a call with Seth Park who submitted these proposals.
We will first try to detail them further, which will probably imply to merge the two proposals in one, as they are closely related.
Then we will work on samples.
If you have suggestions or requirements regarding the deliverables and the deadlines, feel free to tell us.
