dita mime type

Appendix B.3 if the DITA 1.2 spec mentions that we
have applied for a dita mime type.  It references
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/200806/msg00008.html
which is an email to Jamie of OASIS dated June 2008.

That's over two years ago.  What has happened?
