Rev 3 Status

I was able to complete my updates to the Conformance topic and got through
most of the other editorial comments on my plate. What remains is mostly
issues around the fiddly details of XSD schema construction, which I need to
work with Eric S. on to make sure I've got the details right. I will
endeavor to get that work done today and tomorrow.
