Thread: The DITA 1.2 spec needs a description of the base, technical content,and learning & training packages -- volunteers?

I think that this ought to be written by one of
the people who strongly advocated for the separate packages. If I don't
get a volunteer, I'll simply put some placeholder text in the topics
for the next review.
