3rd review of the DITA 1.2 spec is now open

The 3rd review of the DITA 1.2 specification is now open. Many thanks
to the hard work of contributors who made it possible to meet this
deadline!

Please review
the specification and add your comments to the review Wiki pages. The
review is scheduled to run through Monday, 4 January 2010.
