Groups - DITA 1.2 spec draft, 9 December 2009 (dita1.2-complete-9-December-2009.chm) uploaded

We now have people working on the spec who do not have a local build
environment set up. Accordingly, I'll be building the spec at least daily
and posting a CHM version.

This build generated 6 errors; at least two learning & training topics were
not found.
