Removed idconref.dita, since it didn't say anything and now that we've added additional con* attributes that are discussed in detail in the content referencing topics I don't think we have anything to say here.
Rearranged the remaining attribute topics to make the order more logical. I moved misc to the end, but then renamed that to translation since I moved the other attributes out into the metadata attributes topic. Updated the topicref to reference the renamed translation topic.
