First review of the arch spec: 16-30 June 2009

The Wiki pages are up. I've uploaded a CHM and will upload the TOCjs
tomorrow. (It's late, my fingers are fumbling, and the TOCjs is not
including draft comments nor marking @rev=1.2.)

I'll have the TOCjs uploaded as soon tomorrow morning as I can manage.
Good night, and thanks everyone to getting their changes committed to
Subversion.
