Regrets and Appologies

I will not be able to make today's (24 March) meeting. I also had taken an
open action to post a summary/conversation continuer about the processing
implications of topicheads as a follow up to the last discussion on this
topic on the con call. After accepting that action I immediately went on
vacation. Will do that this week.
