Groups - Master topic list for lang ref (dita_specs_master_topic_list.xls) uploaded

Hi all,

Don would like JoAnn and I to discuss the project management approach that
utilizes the master topic list. We may not need this for the lang spec I've
started working on, but would like to consider it for the arch spec moving
forward, to identify the gaps and assess the work required to complete the
arch spec. This spreadsheet will also allow us to divvy up the writing
tasks in a controled manner.
