WG: Are there too many Attributes in bookchangehistory ?

I am just scanning through the bookmeta description of the language
reference document.

There I found in bookchangehistory, reviewed, approved and in a couple of
other elements a huge list of attributes which were inherited.

Do we really need all those attributes in these elements?
