DITA locators
Hi, Don: To summarize, DITA locators for topic content consist of a unique ID on the topic and a key unique within topic scope on the content. The notion of scoped keys is recognized by * XSLT, which provides the id() function for IDs and the key() function for scoped keys. * XML Schema, which provides the unique constraint for IDs and the key constraint for scoped keys. The DITA locator scheme seems consistent with the thought in these standards. Hoping that's useful, Erik Hennum Don Day/Austin/IBM@IBMUS wrote on 08/24/2004 07:26:42 AM: > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > ... > - Conref and XInclude? (no recent discussion--is this "in" or "out"?)
