RDDL References

I mentioned the possibility of using the RDDL approach to provide a directory for the DITA resources. Here are few references for RDDL:

1) Cover Page
   http://xml.coverpages.org/rddl.html

2) XML-Deviant Article
   http://www.xml.com/pub/a/2004/02/25/deviant.html

3) W3C TAG Status
   http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/2003/07/21-tag#namespaceDocument-8

I thought this would provide a simple mechanism to organize the publicly accessible DITA resources, as long as the TC has declared a target namespace for DITA.

By the way, RDDL 1.0 has been declared as a Boeing Technical Statement of Direction.
