I too have some questions related to this.
How does this affect non-member's use of the trademarks? The documents
only license to OASIS, and does not extend beyond that.
I request that a statement be issued by DHS on trademark enformcement
that is not bound to OASIS. Without this statement, it puts too much
in question on the use of the names.
If this is not resolved, I feel that the CTI TC should rename the
standards to something else.
