Continuing to make progress on the current tranche

Hi,

Sean Barnum asked me to send out a few notes this morning related to the status of the tranche, as represented on the wiki page:

https://github.com/STIXProject/specifications/wiki/Indicator-Tranche-Working-Page

He is feeling “under the weather” so he won’t be able to contribute much to the discussion today.
